that has been done to help me purchase such a beautiful corner lot
property there in Palm Bay, Florida. This has been oneproperty of ten
properties that I have purchased, since May of 2005, and I have to say
you guys are hard to beat!!

From my initial phone call to Bonnie Ferguson, who I was so impressed
with due to her professionalism and her ability to convey such confidence
and sincerity in this Craftsmen Builder home I was buying. She walked
me through the entire process by answering every question I had via
phone calls and e-mails. Sometimes within minutes of my message.
When I decided that I wanted to visit Palm Bay to see what I was buying,
I was then put in contact with Eric, your new home consultant. He was so
kind to meet with my mother and I and to accomodate our hectic
schedule. He showed up early in the morning so as to show us some lot
options before we had to head back to California via Mobile, Alabama.

And last, but not least to Wendy, who always answered the phone with a
smile in her voice and who researched the hotel situation for me in the
area. I appreciate your recommendations.

All in all, I feel by the way your team has treated me that I not only
bought a lot with an upcoming new home on it, but I also got with the
deal an incredible groupof individuals who made us feel like "family".
They all have been so knowledgable, caring and have been impeccable
with their word. That goes a long way and I appreciate that!! I could go
on and on, but ultimately, I thank your team for doing all that they've
done and for making this transaction such an incredible experience.
I will definitely recommend you to all my investment friends that I've met

From the moment we met Tony Bruscino from Craftsmen Builders, we knew we had the right contractor for our house. He instinctively knew exactly what we were looking for and built us our dream home from the ground up, beginning with a plan that only needed to be signed off by an architect. He added beautiful touches all around the house and everyone that walks into the house comments on the beauty of our home. The entire building experience was a breeze with Toni. He always delivered what he promised and often went way beyond what was asked of him making improvements to the plan along the way. He was always on the site making sure all the sub-contractors were doing their jobs and supervised every aspect of the building process.
